Michelle Madison, LMSW, LCSW

Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both the state of Michigan and the state of Illinois. She earned her Masters in Social Work at the University of Michigan, and received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her Bachelor’s level internship at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her Master’s level Clinical Internship at the Michigan Medicine Outpatient Department of Psychiatry at a medically assisted outpatient treatment center for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses, and a preceptorship within Medical Social Work at Michigan Medicine. She spent several years working in Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care at Beaumont Health focusing on infant mental health, trauma-informed care, and Adverse Childhood Experiences.

Michelle has also spent time working in Behavioral Medicine at the Trinity Health Department of Behavioral Health Services In-patient Psychiatric Unit, providing care for patients who present with high-risk behaviors such as suicidal ideation and psychosis. She has supervised clinical social work interns through the University of Michigan MSW Field program, and has led seminars for health care professionals and Family Medicine Residents on numerous behavioral health topics through the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network and Beaumont Health. She has presented in the University of Michigan nationally recognized Certificate Program in Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care. Michelle started her clinical career as a Behavior Instructor in Chicago Public Schools Special Education, and has spent the bulk of her practice as an Autism Specialist and Lead Clinician working with neuro-diverse children diagnosed with co-morbid sensory processing differences. She is a Registered Play Therapist through the International Council on Development and Learning. Working in the field of behavioral health for 20 years, she has a well-rounded background and is competent in treating a wide range of psychological disorders.

Victoria Guido, LLMSW

THERAPY

Victoria is a compassionate Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. She earned both her Bachelors in Social Work and also her Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University, and is licensed in the state of Michigan. She completed her Master’s level Clinical Internship at The Guidance Center of Michigan child & family community-based service agency in home-based Infant Mental Health, supporting parents, caregivers, and their young children ages birth to 3 y.o, after which Victoria then spent two years continuing her work as an Infant Mental Health Clinician at Starfish Family Services child & family community-based service agency. She spent several years working in Integrated Behavioral Health in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group focusing on women’s mental health.

With a Master’s level specialization in Infant Mental Health and a strong foundation in Attachment Theory, Victoria is passionate about helping families build healthy, secure relationships. Her work focuses on guiding patients through transitions, healing from trauma, and fostering meaningful connections within the family system. She specializes in Perinatal Mental Health and has over three years of experience supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

Victoria has also worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant in Primary Care at Beaumont Medical Center, where she was part of an integrated care team addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, weight management, bullying, and stress management for both pediatric and adult populations. She holds a certificate from the University of Michigan in Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care furthering her knowledge on the intersection between physical and mental health.

Victoria currently provides virtual care in a private practice setting, offering accessible, personalized care for a wide range of patients throughout the entire state of MI, drawing from a variety of approaches including Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Above all, Victoria is committed to helping patients feel empowered in their journey toward greater wellness, offering a therapeutic experience rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect.
